Easter Cantata April 12th, 2009

The Smithville Cumberland Presbyterian Choir will once again present the Easter Cantata. This Easter will be a combined service with Sunday School beginning at 10:00 AM and the Service at 11:00 AM.

Youth Attend Acquire The Fire 2009

Fifteen youth and six adults attended ATF which is held each year in Nashville at the Municipal Auditorium. Everyone had a blessed time listening to the speakers Joel Johnson and Ron Luce. The music this year had a variety of acts headlined by Jeremy Camp. Click here to see some pictures from ATF.

Newest Elders Ordained

Two new Elders were ordained Sunday October 26th. Eddie Merriman and Ronnie Turner are the newest Elders and will serve a four year term. Please pray that the Lord will grant them wisdom as they make decisions on the church's behalf.
